At Rocky Mountain Snax, we want you to love every bag, box, and bite you get from us. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — simple as that.
Refunds and Replacements
Because we sell food products, we can’t accept returns once the package has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet expectations, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@rockymountainsnax.com with your order number, a brief description, and a photo if applicable. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially consumed snack items
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago
- Shipping costs (unless caused by our error)
