At Rocky Mountain Snax, we ship your orders fresh from our UPS Store in Fort Collins, Colorado. Here’s what to expect.

Processing Times

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (up to 3 during holidays). You’ll receive tracking via email once shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

• UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail — 2–5 business days
• USPS Ground Advantage — 3–6 business days (for lighter orders)

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on size and destination. We don’t add handling fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 7 days at hello@rockymountainsnax.com.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please confirm your shipping details at checkout. Returned packages can be reshipped after new postage is paid.

Place orders early — carriers often experience nationwide delays during November and December.
